Fine Line Designs Gallery Opens for Summer Season

Ephraim’s Fine Line Designs Gallery will open for the 2012 season on May 4, along with the gallery’s first of four season exhibits.

Exhibit I features the works of oil painter Ken Bronikowski, mixed media artist Ed Lazzeroni, acrylic painter Richard Patt, and mixed media artist Paul Klein. The artist reception for Exhibit I will take place May 26 from 4 – 7 pm. An artist demonstration featuring Paul Klein will take place May 27 from 11 am – 2 pm. This exhibit will be displayed through June 6.

In addition to the premiere of Exhibit I, the gallery will be filled with work from Fine Line’s most regarded artists as well as new artists and craftsmen, including Hegland Glass, Anna Balkan, and Janice Rangel.

Husband-and-wife team Dave and Patti Hegland of Hegland Glass utilize strip construction and coldwork to achieve the signature look of their pieces.

Jewelry artist Anna Balkan’s uninhibited use of color is seen in her line of bold and innovative necklaces and earrings.

Other new artists include Keith Lewis, who is also a featured artist for the gallery’s annual trunk show in July; ceramic artist Jeff Shawhan; sculptor Victor Nelson and mixed media artist Sally Haglund.
