Fish Tales Lectures Share Speaker Lineup

The 2023 Fish Tales Lecture Series – an educational program of Crossroads at Big Creek – will share the science of the Great Lakes fisheries.

This year’s presentations will start Feb. 20 with “A Quest for Nests: Nest Fishing and Smallmouth Bass Recruitment along the Door Peninsula” by Dr. Dan Isermann, unit leader of the U.S. Geological Survey’s Wisconsin Cooperative Fishery Research Unit at UW-Stevens Point. 

All presentations will be held in person at 7 pm in the Collins Learning Center’s lecture hall at Crossroads at Big Creek, 2041 Michigan St. in Sturgeon Bay. Zoom and Facebook Live links will also be available at doorcountylibrary.org/event through a partnership with the Door County Library.
