“I’ll get you my pretty!” A wicked witch greets Reese and Amy Merkow during Peninsula State Park’s 11th annual Spooktacular Hike held Oct. 6.

The event featured a one-mile candlelit trail decorated with pumpkins, brooms, and spider webs. Participants met a friendly owl, a spooky spider, and Smokey Bear along the way.
