Schoolhouse Cheese Shop Continues Perfect Pairings

Schoolhouse Artisan Cheese in Egg Harbor has been hosting a series of cheese pairing events in a series titled “Perfect Pairings.”

Two pairing events remain, to be held from 4 to 7 pm on the first and third Fridays of December. The remaining Perfect Pairings nights will feature Titletown Brewing Company on Dec. 4, and Island Orchard Cider on Dec. 18. Guests will have the opportunity to sample several specialty craft cheeses and beverages, and to learn about the flavor combinations that make these pairings stand out. Attendees will be provided with the cheesemonger’s pairing notes and encouraged to document their own experiences so these pairings can be recreated for family and friends over the holiday season.
