Gibraltar Makes Room for Extra 4K Students

Gibraltar’s school board on Jan. 8 approved 15 extra open-enrollment spaces – partially to make room for families from outside of the district who are interested in the district’s 4-year-old kindergarten programming. Superintendent Brett Stousland said he has heard of families from neighboring districts interested in enrolling students for next fall when Gibraltar adds its third 4K location – The Ridges Sanctuary and its nature-based curriculum.
