Hardy Holds Listening Session

This winter, the Hardy Gallery Board of Directors will convene for their annual review of the organization’s strategic plan and goal setting for 2015. In preparation, the organization seeks input from its constituents.

Visual artists, donors, volunteers, residents of Ephraim and the broader Door County community, including anyone with an interest in the Hardy, is invited to attend and engage in discussion about the organization’s programming and future.

The session will take place on Oct. 24 at 9 am at the Ephraim Village Hall. During this listening session, the board of directors and staff will be available to listen to any feedback from constituents and to answer questions.

“This, along with other methods of evaluation, has been – and continues to be – an integral component of the Hardy’s continued growth,” says Elizabeth Meissner-Gigstead, Executive Director. “We are looking forward to an open and civil dialogue; one that will deliver meaningful content as the board engages in strategic conversations this winter. This is especially important as we work to propel the organization forward into another stage of success with new leadership.”

The session is free and open to the public. Coffee and a light continental breakfast will be served. For more information visit thehardy.org.
