Healthcare Discussed at Door County Democratic Meeting

Bob Scieszinski, CFO of Ministry Door County Medical Center, discussed the effect of Governor Walker’s decision to not accept federally funded Medicaid expansion at the monthly Door County Democratic Meeting.

He said in 2014 there will be tax credits available of 100 – 400 percent of the poverty guidelines, prohibiting discrimination due to pre-existing conditions or gender and the establishment of Health Insurance Marketplace (other than Wisconsin).
