Join Jodi Rose Gonzales – an artist, art therapist, yoga instructor and author – for Higher Self Happy Hour, a fun self-discovery workshop that combines guided imagery, collage, writing and gentle yoga. It will be held July 9, 1-3:30 pm, at the Tree of Life Yoga Studio at the Spa at Sacred Grounds in Ephraim.

The $45 registration fee includes most materials, but take magazines if you have them to use for the collage project. Space is limited because of COVID-19 safety protocols; advance registration is required by July 8. Call 920.854.4733 to register.
