Immanuel Lutheran Church Recognizes Local Heroes at July 29 Service

Immanuel Lutheran Church invites the community to worship with praise and thanksgiving on July 29 at 5 pm. In 2014 the church decided to expand its efforts to bring greater recognition to local heroes. To do so, it held a special service to acknowledge, thank, honor and pray for all military, law enforcement, fire and EMS personnel. Immanuel member Dave Burns from Baileys Harbor Fire and Rescue has again arranged for a large American flag to be hoisted between the upright ladders of two fire trucks in front of the church. It will be in place from 4:45 to 6:15 pm that day. Immanuel Lutheran Church is located at 7973 Hwy. 57, Baileys Harbor.
