Gilmo’s Bar and Bistro at Wave Pointe Marina and Resort is currently running a Thursday night broasted chicken special. A popular Wisconsin supper club menu item, broasted chicken gets its flavor from marinating after being dusted in a blend of spices. The bird is then cooked in a pressure fryer. The resulting product is crispy on the outside, tender on the inside.
