Independent Real Estate Office Celebrates Successful Year

True North Real Estate, LLC ranked first in cumulative real estate sales as a single office, according to the Door County Multiple Listing Service (MLS) data, for the period of January 1 through December 31, 2012.

The seven-person independent office located in Fish Creek led the Door County real estate market last year by posting a total of over $28.5 million in real estate sales. That accounted for over 18.5 percent of the total market share and a difference of over $5 million ahead of the second ranked office (a major franchise firm).

“This is the first time in years that I can recall an independent office out-selling a major franchise for the number one position,” says Kevin Nordahl, partner in the business.
