Jane Barnard Offers Two JazzKnits Classes

Knitting designer and teacher Jane Barnard announces the fall series of “JazzKnits,” for October 22, 23, and 24 at the Shepherd of the Bay Church in Ellison Bay. Barnard’s approach to knitting is an improvisational technique promoting individual creativity, like a jazz musician improvising on a simple melody. JazzKnits students learn easy but exciting variations on a basic pattern, creating a garment that is unique to the knitter.
