John Dietrich, Diane Mcneil Enter Semi-Retirement

Though clay is still in potter John Dietrich’s future, he and his wife, Diane McNeil, will no longer be operating their gallery, Ellison Bay Pottery. After being part of the Door County arts community for almost 50 years, the pair is planning to sell the barn that is now home to their gallery.

With that in mind, a special event, The End of Ellison Bay Pottery, begins Dec. 15 and continues through the end of the year. Guests can buy limited editions of John Dietrich’s one-of-a-kind ceramic art.

The gallery is located at 12156 Garrett Bay Rd. in Ellison Bay.
