Join the Maifest Fun in Jacksonport

The Jacksonport community will once again roll out the red carpet during Memorial Day weekend, May 28-29, for its annual Maifest celebration.

The parade will start from Cave Point Drive at 10:30 am. Parade officials are looking for more float entries, and several prizes will be awarded. There is no cost to participate. Cash prizes will be awarded to the first-, second- and third-place floats in the parade.

Event organizers are also looking for vendors for Maifest’s arts and crafts fair, to be held both days. Find a vendor entry form at jacksonport.org.
