Jumpstart to the Season

The Settlement Shops Annual Plant Sale Farm Market takes place May 24 from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm. The early farm market features lots of plants ready to enhance gardens.

Vendors are: Salzsieder Nursery with a variety of bushes and trees; Pat’s Patch with organically grown produce and heirloom tomato plants; Sully’s Produce with beautiful hanging baskets, annuals and perennials, homemade jams and jellies; home-baked artisan bread by Crusty Uprising; and wheel-thrown pottery from Phred the Potter.

The plant sale will jumpstart the 2014 Settlement Farmers Market, held each Wednesday from June 11 through mid-October at the Settlement Shops, located one mile south of downtown Fish Creek. The market is held unless it’s stormy. For more information, call 920.868.4135.
