Learn the Art of Fish Printing at the Sister Bay Library

On Wednesday, July 28 at 10:30 am, the Sister Bay Library will present the art of “Gyoyaku” or Japanese fish printing. Cheryl Parker, a well known artist who divides her time between Door County and Australia, will guide participants through the process of making a fish print on a scroll, in the Japanese tradition.

The program is a part of the MAKE A SPLASH, Summer Reading Program at the Sister Bay/Liberty Grove Library. Participants are encouraged to wear old clothes, an apron, or a smock.
