Legal Aid Society of Door County Announces Office Hours for Low-Income Residents

The Legal Aid Society of Door County (LAS) will hold office hours to provide legal services to low-income residents, 1-4 pm, on Oct. 31, 2019; and Jan. 30, April 30, July 30 and Oct. 29, 2020. LAS’s contract attorney, David Clowers, will conduct these clinics at the NWTC Innovation and Learning Center in Sister Bay. LAS is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing civil legal services for low-income residents of Door County, mainly in the areas of family law, landlord/tenant issues, entitlements, wills and other financial concerns. Since it began in 1989, LAS has served more than 4,000 individual clients and their families, helping to improve their self-sufficiency, safety and security.
