Letter to the Editor: Thanks for Walking the Walk

On behalf of myself, the Neighbor to Neighbor board of directors, volunteers, and those we serve, I would like to thank St. Peter’s Lutheran Church and their Outreach Team: Angela Brickner, Crystal Brunette, Bob Hanson, Linda & Alan Kintopf, Bev Luethge, Carol Newman, Jean Tice, Linda Virgin, and Karen Bellin and the Neighbor to Neighbor volunteers for their hard work in preparing for and holding the St. Peter’s Cares Walk to benefit Neighbor to Neighbor.

Thanks, also, to all who walked the walk (despite the rain) and/or supported us through donations. We truly appreciate that you chose to support Neighbor to Neighbor in this way. Your gift will assist us in serving others through our medical equipment loan program and our other programs: peer companions for elderly homebound individuals, respite care for family caregivers, and our Lemonade Club cancer survivor/patient support group. Thanks so much for sharing your gifts, your time and your talents for the good of the community.
