A letter from Mike Brodd, published in the April 29, 2022, issue of the Peninsula Pulse, stated that the Wisconsin legislature voted to spend money to pay for the election investigation. This was inaccurate. The investigation was at the sole discretion of GOP Speaker Robin Vos.
