Literacy Door County Recognized Students and Tutors at Nov. 3 Event

The nonprofit Literacy Door County (LDC) provides one-to-one tutoring in English to anyone who wants to improve her or his speaking, reading and writing skills. Right now, LDC has about 30 tutoring pairs and a couple of group classes in which students and tutors work hard, have fun and share their stories. On Nov. 3, LDC held its third annual student/tutor recognition event and thanks the event’s sponsors: the Sturgeon Bay YMCA and Culver’s.
