Michigan Street Bridge Closures Oct. 2-5

The Michigan Street Bridge will have a continuous closure Oct. 2-5, 7 am-4:30 pm for needed repairs. During this time the bridge will remain closed to vehicles and pedestrians to remove concrete that is a safety concern. 

NFR includes some firefighters and emergency medical responders who previously were with the SDFD, as well as some new personnel. The town board also approved a fire committee recommendation Sept. 21 to hire four new NFR staff members.
