Mike Bieri and Lindsay de Young

Another pair of hard working siblings
That makes us feel right at home.
On the weekends you can find them
If to West Jacksonport you should roam.

Mike gave culinary school a try
With some dishes he’d be a creator.
Now employed with WPS
Technically known as a locator.

Lindsay was serving at age twelve
At local restaurants and that was cool;
Post high school spent at Ripon
Now teaching in Menasha’s Schools.

You’d be truly hard pressed to find
Another two that are so upbeat.
Both speak highly of locals and friends;
Who gather at Bley’s to meet and greet.
