Mini-Conference on Brown County Water Issues

To mark Earth Week 2016, the League of Women Voters of Greater Green Bay will present a mini-conference on Brown County Water Issues on April 16, 9 am – 1:30 pm. The event is free and open to the public.

The mini-conference will include short programs from Titus Seilheimer, fisheries specialist at UW Sea Grant Institute; Kevin Fermanich, professor of Geoscience and Environmental Science, UWGB; Kevin Masarik, groundwater education specialist, UW-Extension & UW-Stevens Point; and Kimberlee Wright, executive director, Midwest Environmental Advocates. Exhibitors will include Baird Creek Preservation Foundation, Brown County Land Conservation, Citizen Climate Lobby, Clean Bay Backers, Clean Water Action Council, Kewaunee Cares, League of Conservation Voters, NEW Water, Sea Grant, and Sierra Club.
