Money Management Counselors to Start Blog and E-Newsletter, Specifically for Women

Thanks to a grant from the Women’s Fund of Door County, starting with the 2016-17 cycle, Money Management Counselors (MMC) powered by FI$C, will provide financial capability education and information designed specifically for women and girls in Door County.

Money Management Counselors FI$C will provide financial capability education using technology in the form of an e-newsletter and blog. Ease and anonymity via technology would also make women and girls feel more comfortable seeking information and asking questions. The blog will be overseen by the MMC staff and will provide a safe, easy place for women and girls to communicate anonymously about their financial concerns and to share knowledge with each other. Watch for the blog and e-newsletter in 2017.
