Nebraska artist Debra Joy Groesser, a plein air painter, is the latest artist welcomed to Bay Art Gallery in Sister Bay. Groesser’s ability to capture mood, emotion, atmosphere and a sense of place in her work attracts collectors, both private and corporate, worldwide.
