Municipalities Extend Emergency Orders

The Village of Sister Bay has extended its emergency declaration through June 30. The Town of Liberty Grove has extended its declaration through June 17, and Chair John Lowry said he anticipates extending it further. Sister Bay village attorney Randy Nesbitt said that extending the orders makes sense, if only to maintain eligibility for possible future disaster-reimbursement funds from the state or federal government.
