New Owners at Carroll House Restaurant

Garey and Jeanne Bies have sold the Carroll House Restaurant to Boldomero and Chenta Jauregi of Egg Harbor. Boldomero has been involved in the restaurant business for 35 years, and was most recently working at Julie’s Cafe in Fish Creek.

Garey said, “The Jauregis will do a great job and will continue to run it as a family-run business with he and his wife and children involved. The menu will stay pretty much the same with a few new items. BJ will continue the Norm and Lenore Carroll tradition of great food at family affordable prices…. We congratulate BJ and Chenta on their new venture and we thank all of our customers over the last 12 years for coming to eat with us.”
