New Season at Juddville Clay

Door County artists Rebecca Carlton and Tony Staroska announce the opening reception of New Season/New Work at Juddville Contemporary Clay Studio Gallery on May 6, 10 am to 5 pm.

Join them for a “spring affair” in the light-filled one-room schoolhouse gallery for spring treats and exciting and unusual artwork for home and garden. Many of the ceramic vessels are perfect for spring floral arrangements.

Tony Staroska’s new work ranges from small, intimate vessels to outdoor totems for yard and garden, and large beautifully crafted decorative ceramic vessels. Staroska specializes in unusual firing techniques, which create vibrant, exciting clay surfaces and colors. These include raku, saggar and salt processes.

Carlton and Staroska always welcome working with clients to create unique and individual custom ceramic artwork for homes and businesses. If considering remodeling a kitchen, bath, fireplace surround or outdoor area, they are available to talk with about transforming the space.

Juddville Contemporary Clay Studio Gallery is located at 8496 Highway 42 in Juddville, in the blue schoolhouse across the street from Emerson Chiropractic and Villaggios Restaurant. Open daily in May from 10 am to 5 pm. For more information call 920.868.2021.
