Contemporary Art Gallery Tour hits Martinez Studio, Idea Gallery, Cappaert, and Juddville Clay

Four festive receptions will run concurrently at Martinez Studio in Jacksonport, Idea Gallery in West Jacksonport, Cappaert Contemporary Gallery in Egg Harbor, and Juddville Clay Studio Gallery in Juddville on Sept. 29, 3-8 pm.

Martinez Studio is a studio gallery showcasing the works of husband and wife, Sandra and Wence, as well as several other prominent artists. Juddville Clay Studio Gallery features the clay works of Rebecca Carlton and Tony Staroska. Carlton creates tile works and Staroska’s work is primarily salt fired.

Idea Gallery is the latest contemporary Door County gallery showcasing 37 visionary artists works in all media. In their second season they’ve expanded the gallery to the outdoors with a sculpture garden.

Cappaert Contemporary Gallery, in its fourth season, features the work of regional and national artists in a historic 1873 log home/gallery. Each of the galleries will feature the latest works of all the artists represented.
