New Yoga Teacher at The Spa

In need of a shift in your life? Looking for less stress? Searching for balance? Yoga has recently become widely popularized as a form of exercise with monumental benefits. Door County offers many different yoga classes, and recently, a new face has been added to its list of yoga teachers: Leann Dzemske.

Dzemske, certified by the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI), guides students of all levels through appropriately matched, challenging classes invigorating every cell in the body through exercise while providing time for meditation and deep relaxation.

β€œI believe in the health of individuals through conscious living, awareness of what is eaten, how people are treated, reactions to others and choices that I make,” Dzemske said. β€œIn order to make the world a better place you must first start with yourself.”

Strapped with this passion she took a semester off of school to study the power of Kundalini yoga more in depth with Lisa Lawrence of Madison, WI and continued her training back in Minneapolis through the Center for Happiness. There she studied with world masters of Sat Nam Rasayan Guru Dev, Mahan Kirn and Helena Ragahibur, KRI CEO Nirvair Singh, numerology expert Guruchander Singh and holistic healer Kirn Kaur.

With three and a half years of experience and training she can be found teaching at The Spa at Sacred Grounds Spa in Ephraim. She is looking to extend her teaching to many different arenas but currently offers private one-on-one and semi-private on Monday through Thursdays at The Spa and group sessions depending on the size.
