Nominations Sought for Lake Michigan Champions of Conservation Awards

The Lakeshore Natural Resource Partnership and The Lake Michigan Stakeholders sponsor the annual Lake Michigan Champions of Conservation Awards. This environmental awards program recognizes and honors the outstanding achievements of any individual, business, organization or policymaker in a wide range of environmental initiatives throughout the Lake Michigan basin. The awards honor those who have demonstrated a commitment to environmental excellence, leadership, and accomplishment in their respective fields. Winners of the 2017 Awards will be announced in June and honored on Lake Michigan Day, Aug. 11. Please complete the nomination form no later than Friday, April 14, 2017.
