Nor-Door Football Homecoming Revival in Baileys Harbor

Nor-Door Football and a group of Gibraltar alumni are hosting some traditional homecoming festivities at the Baileys Harbor Recreational Park Oct. 8.

A group of alumni led by Bill Becker and football coach John Sawyer are holding a celebration Becker called a “homecoming revival” that he hopes will bring alumni and community members out to have fun and support today’s student-athletes.

“We want to bring some of that homecoming feeling back and support the Nor-Door Football program at the same time,” he said.

A fish boil will be held with boil-overs at 6:30 pm, 6:50 pm, and 7:15 pm for $10 a plate, with advanced tickets encouraged. The concession stand will also be open all night, and the evening will culminate with the lighting of the bonfire, with all proceeds going to support the Nor-Door Football program. The bonfire is not a school-sanctioned event.
