Pen Park Holds Candlelight Ski/Hike

Peninsula State Park will host a candlelight ski/hike on Feb. 2, 5:30 – 8 pm. Guests are invited to ski or hike a one-mile candlelit trail through forest and meadow. There will be a bonfire with refreshments at the warming shelter to warm up skiers/hikers. Donations are appreciated, and pets are not allowed.

Enter at Highland Road, one-mile north of Fish Creek. A State Park Vehicle admission sticker is required; purchase stickers at Park Headquarters before 5 pm on Feb. 2.

The event will be cancelled if weather is severe; call 920.868.3258 to check.

There will also be a Peninsula State Park table at Winter Fest in Fish Creek with free kid crafts and park information.
