Peninsula Players Perform “God of Carnage”

God of Carnage made its Wisconsin première at Peninsula Players featuring actors Joe Foust, Maggie Carney, Karen Janes Woditsch and Kevin McKillip. In addition to the production, Peninsula Players will host free seminars and backstage tours, as well as two Sunday 4 pm matinee performances: October 9 and 16.

A free public seminar will take place September 17 with an interactive discussion of the actors’ preparation process for the current production of God of Carnage. Joe Foust and Kevin McKillip will share stories and take questions in “An Actor Prepares” from 2:30 – 4 pm in the theatre.

Future seminars will be held each Saturday from 2:30 – 4 pm during the run of the play. All seminars are free to the public, but do require advance reservations. Space is limited to 50 people for each event.

The Players will also be offering public tours of its stage house and all-weather audience pavilion. Free backstage tours will begin at 2 pm and take place September 18, 25, and October 2.

Reservations are required as space is limited to 25 people for each tour.

The Peninsula Players perform Tuesdays – Saturdays at 7:30 pm and Sundays at 7 pm, except Sept. 11, Oct. 9 and 16 which will have 4 pm performances.
