Justin D Hubbard’s Bio:

Over the past three years I’ve spent the majority of my time living and working in Beni, eastern Democratic Republic of Congo assisting with the development of a university. Photography has become a time-to-time practice to capture the hope that exists, and the people and community I’ve come to know through the past three years. Though originally from the Milwaukee area, Door County has become home stateside.
