Planned Power Outage for Ephraim Wednesday

Wisconsin Public Service (WPS) has planned an electric power outage for the Ephraim area to occur on Wednesday, Nov. 30 from 10 am to 1 pm. WPS needs to repair some electrical equipment that was damaged by small animals. The repairs are to ensure reliability standards to the electrical system serving the Ephraim area.

About 115 Ephraim customers on the following streets may be impacted:

-Water Street

-Anderson Lane

-Spruce Lane

-Moravia Street

-North Shore Road

-Amundson Lane

-Meadow Lane

-Brodd Lane

If inclement weather prohibits the work from being done, the planned outage will be on Thursday, Dec. 1 from 10 am to 1 pm.
