Rogue Theater Presents New Fall Comedy, ‘Just Plane Funny’

Rogue Theater announces its end of the summer season with a new fall comedy, Just Plane Funny. After back-to-back weekends with two powerful theatrical productions, All My Sons and Grace and Glorie, Rogue Theater has put together a raucous collection of goofy politically charged, and some not-so political skits, songs and barbs.

Rogue’s Managing Director and Co-Artistic Director Stuart Champeau says, “At the end of a season like we just had, the actors need to blow off some steam. And that’s exactly what we’re doing in our upcoming comedy.”

Just Plane Funny will set audiences laughing all through fall. Some of the skits include: “Welcome to Lambeau,” “Baby Talk with Donald and Hillary,” “I’m Gonna be a Farmer,” “Magic Table,” “Off the Cuff Political Slam Ads,” and “Abe Lincoln’s Press Agent.”

This hilarious blend of comedy, directed by Champeau, will be performed Oct. 21 & 22 at 7:30 pm. Performances will be held at Rogue Theater, 340 Jaycee Ct., Sturgeon Bay. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students. For more information, call 920.818.0816 or visit facebook.com/roguetheater.
