Sarah Chapman Jewelry Show at Turtle Ridge

Turtle Ridge Gallery, a sponsor of the Ephraim Hill Climb, is hosting a special jewelry show, featuring the work of Sarah Chapman. Chapman will be at Turtle Ridge on Sept. 10 & 11 from 10 am to 5 pm. Sarah is a studio jeweler whose work is inspired by architecture, by nature as architect, and by her desire to build. She strives to find a balance between the industrial and natural worlds, with a focus on the functionality of her jewelry. She has worked in the field for more than 15 years and primarily works with oxidized sterling silver, copper, brass, and 14k gold to create her pieces.

Chapman grew up in Chicago and studied metal smithing at Northeastern Illinois University. She currently lives in Minneapolis and works in the Casket Arts Building in the Northeast Minneapolis Arts District.
