Scandia Donates Homemade SOUP!

Mary Kay Endrizzi and Elaine Kalms, among several other residents at Scandia Village, recently made a delicious batch of “dishwater soup” for the Peninsula School of Arts SOUP! fundraiser to benefit Feed My People and the school. The recipe, which includes everything but the kitchen sink, came from a resident who had worked at Hotel Du Nord during her earlier years.
