Server of the Week: Pao Vue

Dan’s Kitchen in Sturgeon Bay had a busy opening day,

But help was on site: Pao Vue from Green Bay.

He’s a high school senior with a taste for pad thai,

Or, as a second choice, basil stir-fry.

He’s helping his Uncle Dan take orders, serve and clear,

Until he heads to UW-Green Bay to become a mechanical engineer!
