There’s a new sheriff in town…

Or at least a new sandwich maker.

Sharon’s been at Baileys 57

since before the beer cave, slinging

pizzas, beer and gas.

These days, though,

she can make a Boar’s Head sandwich

at quick–draw speed.

HIYA! She hollers,

swinging her mayo spatula down.

Perfect every time.

“I know,” she said.

Though she didn’t actually say those things,

she must have been thinking them,

I bet.
