With a remarkable score of 71 (32, 39), Richard Brisch of Egg Harbor enjoyed the best round of his life while playing with the men’s group at Peninsula Golf Course, Friday, July 24. According to the group’s organizer, Jim Gelhaar, Brisch’s 71 tied the best 18-score in the history of the league. It was an unusual mix of six birdies, two bogies and a single par that comprised of Brisch’s blazing 32 on the front, also carding his personal best 9-hole score.
