Sibilsky Sculpture Demonstration

Internationally recognized sculptor and painter Bren Sibilsky will host a portrait sculpture demonstration on Thursday, June 26 in the lower-level b1 Gallery at the Fairfield Art Center in conjunction with her exhibit “Bren Sibilsky: The Alchemy of Nature, Myths & Magic.” During the demonstration, which begins at noon, Sibilsky will sculpt a bust of Executive Director Walt Freckmann.

“Bren is a master at rendering form and creating large-scale works requiring great technical skill,” said Shan Bryan-Hanson, exhibitions director. “The demo will provide an opportunity to see her in action, surrounded by her masterful previous works.”
