St. John Bosco Presents “Aladdin, Jr.”

St. John Bosco proudly presents Aladdin, Jr. on April 27 at 3:30 pm, April 28 at 7 pm, and April 29 at 2 pm in the St. John Bosco Gym. The 75-minute musical, designed for upper elementary and middle school aged performers, is based on the iconic animated film, with an Academy Award-winning score by Alan Menken, Howard Ashman and Tim Rice. Disney’s Aladdin Jr. is sure to send audiences soaring on a flying carpet ride filled with romance and adventure.

When the street urchin Aladdin vies for the attention of the beautiful princess Jasmine, he uses a genie’s magic power to become a prince in order to marry her. Iago, Jafar, the Genie and more are here in Disney’s Aladdin Jr., a musical adventure filled with magic, mayhem and the power of love. The St. John Bosco cast contains approximately 40 students led by teacher/director Mr. Bruce Newbern.

Tickets are $5 for children ages 3-12 and $8 for adults. Tickets are available for purchase at the school office beginning April 18 or at the door for each performance. St. John Bosco is located at 730 W Maple St. in Sturgeon Bay. For more information call 920.743.4144.
