Star Gazing in Sister Bay

Stars are bright with minimal light in Sister Bay, creating an ideal venue for stargazing. Hobby and professional astronomers, and anyone who enjoys looking at and contemplating the night sky, are invited to attend a Star Gazing Party on Aug. 9 in the Sister Bay Sports Complex. Stargazing begins after dark.

All are invited to bring their own telescopes to the Sports Complex (on Woodcrest Road, at the east end of Mill Road). Stargazers are encouraged to dress warmly (Sister Bay nights can be cool), bring a chair, blankets, snacks and beverages. This event is free and open to everyone.
