Student Spotlight: Savannah Turritin

Sturgeon Bay senior Savannah Turrittin holds up her “temperature blanket.” Every row of a temperature blanket is a different color based on the average temperature for the day; for example, a 50-degree day might be teal, and a 60-degree day might be baby blue. At the end of the year, the crafter’s knitted or crocheted blanket will be 365 rows long.
