Survey: WPS Tops For Customer Satisfaction

Wisconsin Public Service (WPS) was recognized this month by J.D. Power as the best midsize electric utility in the Midwest for residential customer satisfaction.

WPS scored more than 30 points higher than the average marks for electric utilities across the United States in the 2023 Electric Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Study. 

WPS – which serves 461,000 electric and 341,000 natural gas customers in northeastern and north-central Wisconsin – also was named as the best midsize natural gas utility in the Midwest for residential customer satisfaction in 2021.
