Sushi Restaurant to Open on Sturgeon Bay’s Third Avenue

Aaron Carmody and Brad Hunsader formed a new restaurant group called Blank Canvas Group and are excited to share their first venture called Crate Sushi and Seafood.

Crate will open their doors on Jan. 29, 2016. The menu will feature 10 signature rolls with rotating chef’s choice rolls throughout the week. There will be five seafood entrees along with four meat entrees. Crate will feature a signature Sake cocktail menu along with local Wisconsin craft beer and have more than 30 bottles of wine.
