The Art of Glassblowing

Katie Sikora popped in Popelka-Trenchard Glass Studio on June 2 for a glassblowing demonstration. Camera in hand, Sikora caught Jeremy Popelka creating a one-of-a-kind multi-colored murrini glass vase.

Glassblowing demonstrations will continue to take place during the mornings of June 9, 16, 30 and all Saturdays in July.

Popelka-Trenchard Glass Studio, currently open Monday through Saturday from 10 am – 5 pm and Sunday from 11 am – 3 pm, is located at 64 South 2nd Avenue in Sturgeon Bay.
