“This Wonderful Life” Opens at TAP

This Wonderful Life opened on Dec. 4 at Third Avenue Playhouse (TAP) in Sturgeon Bay, the play’s run lasts through Dec. 29.

One actor – Stephen Pearce – plays all the characters in this unique stage version of the classic film starring Jimmy Stewart as George Bailey. The performance schedule for This Wonderful Life changes each week. For Dec. 6, 7, 10, 11, 14, 17, 18 & 19 performances are set for 7 pm; and at 2 pm for Dec. 8 & 15.

Also, at TAP on Dec. 7 from 12 – 2 pm there will be auditions (strictly for high school students) for Columbinus.

Columbinus, a play sparked by the April 1999 massacre at Columbine High School in Littleton, Colorado, probes the psychological warfare of alienation, hostility and social pressure that goes on in high schools across America.

Performances of Columbinus will be April 25 & 26. Each performance will be followed by a talk back. To be put on the audition list call 920.743.1760 and leave a message.

The StageKids performances of The Littlest Angel, directed by Amy Ensign, are set for Dec. 13 at 7 pm and Dec. 14 at 2 pm. This play features the talents of students and adults from throughout Door County. Tickets are $12 for general admission and $5 for students.
